Before you book: the conditions, plainly

• Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning (€90 to €190 depending on the chalet), paid on arrival to the external service.
• Bed linen and towels optional: €20 per person (supplied) or €25 (beds made on arrival).
• Extra guests: €30 per person.
• Pets allowed under conditions: €30.
• Tourist tax: €2 per night per adult.
• Chèques-Vacances (ANCV) accepted.
• The chalet must be returned tidy, in the state you found it.

Which chalet for how many people?

At 1,000 m, facing the Giffre valley: two living rooms, a big kitchen for long tables, wood stove and two terraces.

The smallest, for 6 to 8 guests: two south-facing terraces, 24-hour self check-in, ideal for friends or a family.

Nid Perché sleeps 6 to 8 guests, Chalet 1000 sleeps 13 to 15 and Chalet Plein Sud sleeps 14 to 18.

Can we book for a weekend only?

Minimum stays depend on the period: they are shown in the rates table and confirmed in your quote.

Can we hold a party (birthday, stag or hen weekend)?

Tell us the type of event and the number of people: we confirm what is possible. The chalet must be returned tidy, in the state you found it.

Is bed linen provided?

It is an option: €20 per person (supplied only) or €25 (beds made on arrival). Without it, bring your own bedding.

Are pets accepted?

Yes, under conditions, for €30.

What costs are added to the rental price?

How much does a weekend in a chalet in Verchaix cost?

The price depends on the period: Chalet Plein Sud from €350, Chalet 1000 from €300, Chalet Nid Perché from €230 per night, excluding end-of-stay cleaning, tourist tax and options. Promotions apply on certain dates: they are shown in the rates table.
